Your local tech partner on the Costa Blanca
For businesses and homeowners from Dénia to Altea. We help with computers, email, networks, security and AI, at work and at home, and always explain things in plain English.
No call centre, no ticket numbers: one regular contact who knows your situation.
The kind of thing we sort out
Living or working on the Costa Blanca is wonderful, until the technology lets you down. We fix it and make sure it stays fixed.
At work
- Your previous IT person has vanished, and nobody has the Microsoft 365 admin passwords.
- Your Microsoft 365 licence has expired, and suddenly no email comes in.
- Clients tell you your quotes end up in their spam folder.
- The card machine on the terrace drops out as soon as it gets busy.
- Your gestor asks if your invoicing software is ready for Verifactu, and you've no idea what that is.
- A letter from Hacienda has sat for weeks in an online mailbox you didn't know you had.
- Your team uses ChatGPT, but nobody knows which client data is allowed in it.
At home and in your second home
- The wifi doesn't reach the terrace, the pool or the casita.
- You're back home and want to know whether the power and internet in Spain are still on.
- Your parents get a message from their child's 'new number', urgently needing money.
- The Spanish provider's engineer is at the door, but you can't understand each other.
- Your new phone needs everything from the old one, including photos and WhatsApp.
- Twenty years of photos live on one old laptop, with no backup.
- You need a certificado digital for the town hall, but the government website fights you all the way.
We work for estate agents, lawyers, advisers, restaurants and small businesses, as well as private clients with a home or second home on the Costa Blanca.
We keep watch
In the sixteenth century a watchtower was built on the cliff at Ambolo so the people of Xàbia could get on with their work in peace. We keep watch over your systems in the same way: management software from N-able runs on your computers and servers and alerts us when a disk fills up, a backup fails or an update is missing, so we can step in before it bothers you.
You'll hardly notice any of it, which is exactly the point.

Website, domain, hosting, DNS? In plain English.
For most people this is gibberish, which is no surprise because hardly anyone explains it. Think of it as a high street:
- Website
- The shop itself: what visitors see when they walk in, from the window display to the layout and what you offer. This is where it all starts.
- Domain
- Your address. Just as your house has an address, your business has one online, such as ambolo.nl.
- Hosting
- The building at that address, where your shop is. You rent it from a hosting company.
- The letterbox, which can be with a completely different company from your website.
- DNS
- The signpost. DNS tells visitors where your website is, and the postman where your mail goes.
Example: you move your website to a new provider, but the signpost still points to the old building. Your website seems to have vanished and your email stops arriving. We fix the signs and tell you exactly what we did.
