Automatic guest registration (SES.Hospedajes)
Guests fill in their details on their phone before arrival. The system reports them to the Spanish Interior Ministry within the deadline, and you only get an alert if something is missing.
Wi-Fi that makes guests happy
Coverage throughout the house, on the terrace and by the pool, with a guest network kept separate from your own equipment. We work with TP-Link Omada and Ubiquiti UniFi, so we can manage every property remotely.
An alert when something fails
A message on your phone when the power or internet goes down at a property, so you can send the property manager or a neighbour before the next guests arrive.
Cameras that follow the rules
Outside only, visible and pointed at your own property, not at the street or the neighbours. Airbnb has banned indoor cameras since 2024, and in Spain an information sign is required. We set up Eufy or Reolink cameras so it's all correct.
For managers with several properties
All networks in one management console, a shared mailbox for bookings, Microsoft 365 for your team and fixed arrangements for on-site visits.
Certificado digital
For dealing with the Spanish government, such as signing up for SES.Hospedajes, you usually use a certificado digital. We help you apply for it and install it, and make sure government notices reach the right person.

A website of your own for your holiday home or management company, so guests and owners can find you beyond the big booking platforms.
