Wifi and home network
Coverage throughout the house, on the terrace, by the pool and in the casita, with a separate network for guests or tenants.
Keeping an eye on your house from abroad
An alert on your phone if the power or internet goes down, cameras you can check yourself and air conditioning or heating you can control remotely, so you know all is well while you're away.

If the power fails, the system notices the house has gone offline and sends you a message, so you can ask a neighbour or the property manager to check. We set cameras to cover your own property, not the street or the neighbours.
Cameras and alarm
Cameras and an alarm system you can check and control on your phone, wherever you are. Installation and cabling are done by our regular local installation partner. We set up the system, the network and the app, and explain how it all works.

Your WhatsApp account has been hijacked after someone tricked you into sharing a code. Your laptop is slow or full of pop-ups and viruses, or Windows needs reinstalling. We fix it and make sure your files and photos are kept safe.

After a death
A lot lands on you at once. We bring order to the digital and practical side: email and accounts, cancelling or transferring subscriptions, securing photos and documents, and handling the home's contracts such as internet, phone, energy and alarm. Legal matters stay with the notary or lawyer, but we make sure they have the information they need.
Arranging it in advance
A password vault with emergency access and an overview of accounts and subscriptions, so your loved ones don't get stuck later.
