A network that copes with the rush
Professional Wi-Fi from TP-Link Omada or Ubiquiti UniFi, indoors, on the terrace and in the kitchen. Your till and card terminal get their own network, separate from guests and staff.
Guest Wi-Fi that stays out of the way
A separate guest network with its own password or a QR code on the table. Guests can never reach your till or computers, and their videos don't slow down your card payments.
Backup when the fibre fails
A 4G or 5G connection that takes over automatically, so card payments and bookings carry on.
Verifactu for your till
Till systems fall under Verifactu too. Together with your supplier and your gestor, we check whether your system is ready and make sure it works on the technical side.
Digital staff time records
Staff clock in and out on a tablet by the door or on their own phone. Handy with changing shifts and seasonal staff, and if an inspector calls you have the overview in one click.
Cameras for the terrace and storeroom
Eufy or Reolink cameras you can check on your phone, pointed at your own premises and not at the street. In Spain, video surveillance needs an information sign, and we take care of that too.
Menus and social media in four languages
In an AI workshop you learn to write your menu, social media posts and replies to reviews with Claude or ChatGPT, in English, Spanish, German and Dutch.

A website with your menu, opening hours and a button to book a table, in your guests' languages.
