IT support in Moraira
For businesses and homeowners in Moraira, Teulada and the urbanisations around them. We help remotely when we can and come round when we need to.

What we often see in Moraira
Moraira is small, but the houses are spread across the hills and many owners are away for part of the year. You can tell from the questions we get.
- The Wi-Fi doesn't reach the pool or the casita, because the router sits indoors behind thick walls.
- You're back home and have no idea whether the power and internet at the villa are still working.
- Your estate agency shares one password for the email, and a former employee can still log in.
- Guests complain about the Wi-Fi, and they're on the same network as your own devices.
- You've been waiting weeks for your fibre connection and the provider doesn't answer your emails.
For businesses in Moraira
Estate agents and offices
Many offices in the centre of Moraira work with clients from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the UK. We set up Microsoft 365 properly: a separate account for each employee, email that stays out of spam folders and shared folders for client files. When someone leaves, we close their access the same day.
Holiday lets and restaurants
A separate guest network, so guests can't reach your own devices, and help with Spanish rules such as guest registration and Verifactu.
By sector: estate agents, restaurants and bars and holiday rentals.
For your home or second home
Wi-Fi around the whole house
Villas in El Portet, Moravit or Benimeit are often built on a slope, with thick walls and gardens on several levels. We find where the signal drops and install TP-Link Omada or Ubiquiti UniFi access points that work together as one network, including by the pool and the casita.
Keeping an eye on the house
If you spend part of the year abroad, you get a notification when the power or internet goes down, and you can check your Eufy or Reolink cameras yourself. Our regular installation partner in the area fits the equipment; we set up the network and the app.
The Cap d'Or watchtower
Above El Portet beach stands the Torre del Cap d'Or, a watchtower from 1563. Together with the Ambolo tower near Xàbia, which gave Ambolo IT its name, it kept watch over this coast against pirates. Want to see it yourself? The walk from the El Portet car park takes about an hour there and back. The castle on l'Ampolla beach has an exhibition about the watchtowers. Read more in the watchtowers of the Marina Alta.
